this photo might not mean much to you, but it means the absolute world to me. I am the girl on the left, holding the camera, and to the right of me, stands my closest childhood friend Suzi. This photo was taken in June 2011, right before we went to a party. Suzi had lost alot of weight and she looked good! She told me she weighed 52 kilos. I was secretly annoyed because she weighed less than me and i was shorter than her. i knew i was being stupid though.

a few months later i went to a beach house with her, and we spent the weekend together. i noticed she had lost more weight and i got really upset. i told her to stop, but she told me she was fat. i was scared for her.

that month she was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, i cried for days and nights on end. i still feel as though i should have done something more than just tell her she needed to stop.

on my 14th birthday, the 21st of April 2012, i got a phone call from her mother. Suzi was rushed to hospital because her blood pressure had dropped so low that she almost died. She has heart and kidney damage, and is on a feeding tube. She is not aloud visitors and im so scared for her. She now weighs 41 kilos. she is almost 6ft tall.

please please reblog this photo and show her that people care, i want to be able to show this to her when i can visit and show her that people care, and people want her to get better. she means so much to me, and if i lost her, i know that a part of me would die.
